  • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Please let us know as soon as possible. Depending on how late you arrive, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment to stay on schedule for all clients.

  • Absolutely! If you currently have extensions from another artist, we can evaluate them during your appointment. Depending on their condition, we may perform a competitor fill or recommend a fresh full set for the best results.

  • Many clients with sensitive eyes do well with lash extensions. If you’ve experienced reactions in the past, please let us know before your appointment so we can discuss your options.

  • Yes! We offer safe professional lash removals. Please never attempt to remove your extensions yourself.

  • Appointments are recommended to ensure we have enough time reserved just for you. Same-day appointments may be available depending on our schedule.

  • To provide a relaxing experience for all clients and allow us to focus on detailed lash work, we ask that you come to your appointment alone unless previously arranged.

  • No worries! We’ll discuss your goals, eye shape, and lifestyle before your appointment to recommend the perfect set for you.

  • Most full sets take between 2–3 hours, depending on the style you choose and your natural lashes.

  • Fill appointments typically take 60–90 minutes, depending on how much lash growth and shedding has occurred.

  • We recommend scheduling fills every 2–3 weeks to keep your lashes looking full and beautiful.

  • Extensions shed naturally with your own lashes. With proper care and regular fills every 2–3 weeks, you’ll maintain a full, fresh look year-round.

  • Clean your lashes daily with a lash-safe cleanser.

    Avoid oil-based products around your eyes.

    Don’t rub or pull on your lashes.

    Brush them gently with a clean spoolie each day.

    Sleep on your back when possible to minimize friction.

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as other digital payment methods offered through our booking system.

  • No! When applied correctly and cared for properly, lash extensions should not damage your natural lashes. We customize every set based on the health and strength of your natural lashes.

  • We do not recommend wearing mascara on lash extensions, especially volume or mega volume sets. It can affect retention and make cleaning more difficult.
